Refund windows

Rules
- Refund within the window is automatic and no-questions-asked. Email support@orkest.io or use the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Refunds outside the window are discretionary, evaluated case by case (e.g., blocking bug, duplicate charge).
- Once refunded, your account immediately moves to read-only state.
- Refunds resulting from chargebacks (lost disputes) result in lifetime revocation or subscription cancellation.
- Promotional credits or coupon-discounted purchases are not refundable.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers waive the 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout when starting digital service delivery, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Our refund windows above apply regardless.
